How to Fix the Key Icon in Menu Bar
If you are having an issue with browsing to certain websites or problems with printing, follow the instructions below.
1. If the key icon in your menu bar is grayed out, click on it and then choose sign in.
2. Username: firstname.lastname
Password: Your district password- Then choose "Sign in"
3. If the key icon in your menu bar is black, click on it and choose "Reconnect"
4. If you are still having issues after following these instructions, please restart your computer and try to access the website or print the document again to test for functionality.
