Receiver catch for your Desk Phone
On your phone is a small tab, under the receiver, that is called a “catch.” This “catch” helps keep your receiver on the phone. Using your fingernail, or something similar, you can remove the tab. Flip it over and snap it back into place, this requires a little pressure but it will snap back in. Repeat this process to change it back.
