Solution when using district iPad:

  1. Open Self Service.
  2. Search for and install "Google Calendar".
  3. Once Google Calendar is installed, open it and log in with your school Google account.
  4. Once logged in, tap the "Settings" icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
  5. Along the left hand panel, tap "Settings".
  6. Confirm that "Use device time zone" is toggled on.

Your meetings times should now be correct.

 

Solution when using computer:

  1. In your browser, got to calendar.google.com
  2. Log into your school Google account if you are not already.
  3. Near the upper right corner of the screen, click the "Gear" icon.
  4. Click "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the Time Zone section, click the "Primary time zone" button.
  6. From the drop down menu, click "Central Time - Chicago".

Your meetings times should now be correct.
