If you are unable to share your screen in Zoom, or record your screen in Canvas Studio, this is possibly due to new security restrictions put in place by Apple. Apple does not allow us to modify this particular setting via administrative tools, so unfortunately it is up to the user to make this particular change. Please perform the following steps...
Open System Preferences, you can find this under the Apple menu at the top left of your screen.
Select the "Security & Privacy" preference pane.
Select the "Privacy" tab.
Scroll down a little bit on the left column of options, find and select the one called "Screen Recording".
Once that is highlighted, you should see Zoom and/or Canvas Screen Recorder on the right side window. Select the checkbox next to them.
Making this change will require you to quit Zoom or Canvas Screen Recorder then open it again. Once this setting is made once, you should not need to do it again.
