If your iPad does not share its screen in your Zoom session, and it does not prompt you with a popup to trust the computer, please perform these steps...

  • While your iPad is plugged in to the computer, open a Finder window (leftmost icon in the Dock).

  • You will see the iPad's serial number appear in the left side of the window under the "Locations" section.

  • Click on it, then in the main window you will be prompted with a "Trust" button.

  • Push this button, you will then be prompted to confirm on your iPad.
