Registering Zoom Account (One Time Process)

1 You should have received an email from "Zoom" with the subject line "Zoom account invitation".

Open this email and click Activate Your Zoom Account.

2 On the next screen, click Sign Up with a Password.
3 Next, fill out the First Name, Last Name, Password, and Confirm Password fields.

Note: You are creating your Zoom password during this step so don't forget it!

Lastly, click Continue.
4 You have now registered your Zoom account!



How To Host A Meeting

1 When you want to create a Zoom meeting, go to the following URL: zoom.us and near the upper right corner of the screen click Host A Meeting followed by With Video On.
2 Enter your email address and the password you created in the section above. Then click Sign In.
3 Again, near the upper right corner of the screen click Host A Meeting followed by With Video On.
4 When prompted, click Open Zoom.
