Registering Zoom Account (One Time Process)

1 | You should have received an email from "Zoom" with the subject line "Zoom account invitation". Open this email and click Activate Your Zoom Account. |

2 | On the next screen, click Sign Up with a Password. | |
3 | Next, fill out the First Name, Last Name, Password, and Confirm Password fields. Note: You are creating your Zoom password during this step so don't forget it! Lastly, click Continue. |

4 | You have now registered your Zoom account! |
How To Host A Meeting

1 | When you want to create a Zoom meeting, go to the following URL: zoom.us and near the upper right corner of the screen click Host A Meeting followed by With Video On. | |
2 | Enter your email address and the password you created in the section above. Then click Sign In. | |
3 | Again, near the upper right corner of the screen click Host A Meeting followed by With Video On. | |
4 | When prompted, click Open Zoom. |
