Problem #1: You can't access your voicemail with Jabber.
Reason:
- Voicemail account is not linked to LDAP.
Resolutions:
- Try resetting Jabber.

Problem #2: You get the error: "Unable to automatically detect server settings"
Reason:
- AD account does not have a phone number set.
- Call Manager does not have proper permissions set.
Resolution:
- Create a helpdesk ticket.
Problem #3: You get the error: "Unable to connect to server."
Reason:
- You are on the district network, and you are connected to WPS incorrectly.
- You are not connected to the internet.
Resolution:
- Create a helpdesk ticket.
Problem #4: Others are unable to hear me.
Reason:
- Microphone Privacy settings may disallow microphone access. (Windows)
- Your Mic boost may be too low. (Windows)
Resolution:
- Verify Microphone Privacy settings allow for microphone use. (Windows)
- Increase your Mic boost settings. (Windows)
