1 While logged into your computer, press CTRL + ALT + DEL on your keyboard.
2 Click Change a password.
3 Type your current password into the "Old password" field. Next, type a new password into the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields. Lastly, press "Enter" on your keyboard.

Complexity requirements

Minimum password length: 16

Password history: 5 - When you change your password, you can’t use 5 previous passwords.

Password requirements:

-No spaces

-Not easy for a human to guess - i.e. 000000000000000 or Password12345678

 IMPORTANT REMINDER
  • You must update the WiFi password if your mobile device is connected to WPS.
  • Failure to update the password will cause your account to lock up.
