Windows PC - Password Change Instructions

1 While logged into your computer, press CTRL + ALT + DEL on your keyboard.

2 Click Change a password.

3 Type your current password into the "Old password" field. Next, type a new password into the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields. Lastly, press "Enter" on your keyboard.

Complexity requirements

Minimum password length: 16

Password history: 5 - When you change your password, you can’t use 5 previous passwords.

Password requirements:

-No spaces

-Not easy for a human to guess - i.e. 000000000000000 or Password12345678

IMPORTANT REMINDER

You must update the WiFi password if your mobile device is connected to WPS.
Failure to update the password will cause your account to lock up.
